SONEX Prospec products are designed to contain and deaden noise at its source. They are ideal for isolating noisy equipment and improving the transmission loss of walls and ceilings. SONEXprospec barrier™ is a rugged .125" thick loaded vinyl sheet which can be integrated into walls or hung like a curtain, providing exceptional noise transmission reduction. Also available in gray reinforced, clear and black. Rolls are 20' or 60' x 54". SONEXprospec barrier is UL 94 V-0 fire rated. SONEXprospec foam™ is 1" thick willtec® with a sculpted SONEXmini pattern for lining compartments and enclosures. The 2' x 4' panels are coated with a light gray Hypalon coating for oil, water and solvent resistance. SONEXprospec foam is FIBER-FREE and ASTM E 84 Class 1 rated for low flammability, SONEXprospec composite is fabricated by floating a layer of SONEXprospec barrier in 1 1/4" of SONEXprospec foam, resulting in exceptional sound absorbency and sound transmission benefits. The 2' x 4' panels are coated with light gray Hypalon coating for oil, water and solvent resistance. SONEXprospec composite is FIBER-FREE and ASTM E 84 Class 1 rated for low flammability. |
